Cancellation Policy
Please present a valid ID on arrival for the classes. Only For In person/Instructor led classes, American Heart Association has a text book policy we should abide by. Each student must have the current appropriate course textbook readily available for use before, during, and after the course. Textbooks are designed for individual use and are an integral part of the student’s education. Students may reuse their textbooks during renewals or updates until new science guidelines are published. Manuals and ebooks can be purchased through the AHA Shop CPR website. For Skills only sessions, student Must submit completed online Heartcode certificates before the session can be started. Online heartcodes can be purchased separately through AHA elearning website. To cancel or reschedule please contact us before 24 hours of the class. When notifying less than 24hours, a rescheduling fee of $36 will apply. Failing to show up in class without notification will be considered cancelled and no refund nor rescheduling will be allowed. Arrive in class on time. Late arrivals more than 10 minutes will be rescheduled with fees applied. No refund.
